1. Motor: 2 motor with inverters speed adjusting
2. Printing: 1-2 colors gravure printing
3. Coating: comma blade Transfer coating, making different coating thickness on same machine.
4. Temperature: Segmented temperature control. when the temperature reach the set figure , it will auto stop heating . same for auto heating .
5. Slitting: 4 rewinding shafts for making tapes .& jumbo roll rewinding shaft for making jumbo roll.
6. EPC: Sensitive infrared ray can monitor the film walking in right rewinding direction.
so the tape rewinding edge will be flat & nice.

Raw material:
Production process of the adhesive BOPP gum tape making machine:
Before we start the production, we need to cut the long paper core to suitable width with the paper core cutter, then we use the paper core loader to make the small paper tubes attached on the slitting shaft.
1. set the OPP film on the raw material shaft.
2. print on the film(or you don’t print).
3. glue the film.
4. dry the glue through the oven.
Finally, slit the film into small tapes or make the film into a jumbo roll.
To get a complete system, maybe you will also need other three machine: core loader, core cutter and rewinder.
